重庆市公共建筑能源管理现状分析
Status analysis of public building energy management in Chongqing
摘要：
根据重庆市2007—2009年开展的国家机关办公建筑和大型公共建筑能耗统计与能源审计工作，结合400栋公共建筑能耗统计及200栋公共建筑能源审计的结果，分析总结了重庆市四类典型公共建筑的电耗分布和分项能耗，得出了各类建筑的主要用能管理对象；分析了各类公共建筑的能源管理状况和能源管理评价等级。总结了重庆市公共建筑能源管理存在的问题，提出了改进措施。
Abstract：
Based on energy consumption statistics and energy audit of office buildings and large public buildings in 2007-2009 in Chongqing, with the results of the energy consumption statistics of 400 public buildings and the energy audit of 200 public buildings, summarizes the electricity consumption distribution and subconsumption of four typical types of public buildings, and obtains the key point of energy management of these buildings. Analyses the status and evaluation grade of energy management of these buildings. Summarizes energy management problems of public buildings in Chongqing, and puts forward improving measures.
