毛细管网系统供冷性能的实验研究

摘要:
介绍了毛细管网供冷方式的特点及分类,通过实验模拟了地面和吊顶辐射供冷方式的供冷能力。结果表明,最大冷负荷(室外温度26~36 ℃)情况下,两种辐射供冷方式的供冷能力均不足,辐射板表面发生结露;非最大负荷(室外温度21~32 ℃)情况下,启动露点控制系统时,两种供冷方式均能维持室内设计温度,辐射板表面不结露。

Abstract:
Presents the characteristics and classification of capillary tube cooling mode, and performs the experiments on cooling capacity of floor panel and ceiling capillary tube modes. As a result, the space adopting the two capillary tube modes can not be sufficiently cooled as designed under a maximum of cooling load (outside temperature 26 to 36 ℃) resulting in the condensation on panel surface while the two cooling methods can maintain the indoor design temperature without condensation under a normal cooling load(outside temperature 21 to 32 ℃) with operation of the dew-point control system.
