提出了一种新的楼宇式热电冷联产系统模拟方法，并开发了模拟软件BCHPD。简要介绍了模拟软件的结构和功能。通过一个案例，将模拟结果与实测数据进行了对比，证明了模拟方法与软件的可靠性。

Abstract：
Proposes a new simulation method and developes a software—BCHPD based on it. Briefly presents the structure and function of the software. The simulation method and software are verified on comparing the simulation results with those from experiment of a case.
