集中空调系统整改与节能
Retrofitting of a central air conditioning system and energy saving
摘要:
针对集中空调系统存在的问题进行了整改,包括将原已损坏的圆形冷却塔改为方形冷却塔,原旋转式布水改为固定式布水,对冷却水系统进行清洗,除去机组冷凝器中的杂物和水垢,更换已损坏的冷水泵的泵头。通过对整个系统的整改,制冷机组的耗电功率由220 kW降到180 kW,取得了较好的节能效果,节能率为18.2%。

Abstract:
Performs the retrofitting based on the problems existed, including replacing the damaged circular cooling tower with a square one, changing the water spraying from whirling mode to fixed mode, cleaning the cooling water system and condenser of the refrigerating equipment and altering the damaged chilled water pumps. After the retrofitting, the electric power consumption of the refrigerating equipment is reduced from 220 kW to 180 kW with the relative saving rate 18.2%.
