既有建筑实际使用状态对节能改造的影响研究
Effect of actual service conditions of existing buildings on energy efficient retrofitting
摘要：
研究了基于实际使用状态的节能改造方法，该方法通过实测数据并借助模拟仿真工具，能更真实地描述与既有建筑能耗有关的实际状况，并以此为基础制定相应的改造方案和进行方案评价；采用该方法制定的改造方案和经济性评价结果与传统方法有所不同，为既有建筑节能改造提供了一种新的尝试。

Abstract：
Studies the energy efficient retrofitting method based on actual service conditions. By this method with the aid of continuous measurements and simulation tool, the building energy consumption closer to actual conditions can be recorded, forming a basis on which a retrofitting scheme can be formulated and the scheme evaluation can be performed. The results from this method are different from that by conventional methods and it provides an exploratory way for building energy efficient retrofitting.
