发展中的中国制冷空调行业淘汰与替代R22的出路何在
Way of phasing out and replacing HCFC-22 in developing China’s refrigeration and air conditioning industry
摘要：
提出了问题的历史背景，指出了《蒙特利尔议定书》所面临的新问题与新任务，着重论述了中国制冷空调行业淘汰、替代R22的技术出路，并分析了三条出路的利弊、优缺点与所存在的问题。对开展研发低GWP值的不饱和氟化烯烃制冷剂及其空调制冷产品提出了具体建议。对正在编制中的行业HCFC逐步淘汰与管理计划提出了三点意见。

Abstract：
Briefly presents the background, points out new problems and new tasks due to the Montreal Protocol，discusses the technical way of phasing out and replacing HCFC22，and analyses advantages, disadvantages，and problems of the three ways. Puts forward particular advice for studying and developing low GWP unsaturated fluorinated olefin refrigerants and related air conditioning and refrigeration products. Presents three ideas for the plan being worked out to phase out and manage HCFC in the industry.
