西藏自治区《居住建筑节能设计标准》编制说明
Review of Design standard for energy efficiency of residential buildings in Tibet Autonomous Region
摘要:
介绍了该标准的编制背景、主要内容、当地居住建筑的节能目标及节能设计的方法。针对该地区太阳能资源丰富的特点,以当地社会自然条件及建筑居住环境的实测调查为基础,提出该地区适宜采用被动式太阳能供暖为主、主动式太阳能供暖和其他供暖方式为辅的供暖方式。标准的节能设计计算采用了规定性和性能化两种方法,引入负荷集热比作为评价建筑节能性能的主要参数。
Abstract:
Presents the compiling background, main content, energy saving target of residential buildings and energy saving design method of the design standard. Based on the rich solar energy resource and field investigation of social and natural environment and residential building conditions, proposes that passive solar heating assisted by active solar heating and other heating mode be more applicable in this area. Two methods of prescription index and performancebased index are presented in the standard for energy saving building design, and the load collector ratio (LCR) is introduced as the main factor to evaluate energy saving performance of building.
