地下水电站主厂房发电机层温湿度分析
Temperature and relative humidity analysis for the generator floor in main powerhouse of underground hydropower station
摘要:
主厂房发电机层是地下水电站最重要的场所之一,如何有效控制其温湿度,满足设备运行和人员卫生的要求,是设计人员需要解决的主要问题。为研究发电机层的空气温度和湿度出现偏离设计要求的原因,利用焓湿图对空气处理过程进行分析,分别提出了风量和冷量出现偏差对温湿度的影响,得出其主要原因是空调器的风量和冷量不匹配,并提出相应的解决方案,供设计人员在进行空调器的选型设计时参考。
Abstract:
The generator floor in a main powerhouse is one of the most important places in the station, where effective control of the temperature and relative humidity to meet the requirements of equipment operation and personnel health is a major problem that needs designers to solve by. To find the causes of deviation in the air temperature and humidity, analyzes the air handling process with psychometric charts, proposes the influence of the air rate and cooling capacity deviation on the temperature and humidity. Concludes that the deviation is mainly due to the unmatched air rate and cooling capacity of the air conditioner and puts forward corresponding solutions which can be used as a reference for the air conditioner type selection design.
