二次泵系统中逆向混水现象的分析和解决方案

摘要:

逆向混水是二次泵系统中的常见问题,逆向混水会导致二次侧供水温度上升、末端制冷能力下降、水泵能耗大幅增加等。用仿真软件再现了逆向混水的形成和发展过程,在此基础上探讨了逆向混水产生的条件,以及冷水泵控制和末端调节对逆向混水的影响。指出制冷量不足是逆向混水问题产生的根本原因,并给出解决方案。

Abstract:

Reverse flow is a common issue in secondary pump system, which may lead to the increase of supply water temperature in secondary loop, decrease of the refrigerating capacity of terminal devices, and increase of electricity consumption of pumps. Simulates the forming and developing process of reverse flow by a simulation tool, and discusses the conditions with which reverse flow could occur and the influence of chilled water pumps control and terminal devices regulating. Points out that the inadequate refrigerating effect is the primary cause for reverse flow, and gives solutions.
