摘要:

冷却塔是集中空调系统的重要组成部分,开式逆流冷却塔在大型公共建筑空调系统中应用广泛,但实际运行过程中却普遍存在效率偏低的问题。以制冷机和冷却塔构成的系统为研究目标,提出了以制冷机节能为核心的优化思路。建立了半经验理论模型进行模拟计算,并在实际建筑中进行了改造测试,总结分析得到了冷却塔风机联合变频调节和高低风速调节的控制方法。

Abstract:

Cooling tower is one of the most important components of central air conditioning system. Counter-flow wet-cooling towers are commonly used in large public buildings while with lower efficiency in most buildings. Taking the system composed of chillers and cooling towers as an object, puts forward the optimization way based on an overall consideration of chiller energy efficiency. Concludes a simple control strategy combined with variable frequency and high/low speed regulation for the fans of cooling tower by establishing a semi-empirical theoretical model and the renovation testing in an actual building.
