美国、日本和中国香港典型公共建筑空调系统能耗差异及原因分析

HVAC system energy consumption difference and cause analysis for typical public buildings in US, Japan and China’s Hong Kong

摘要:

介绍了近年来对美国、日本和中国香港的公共建筑空调系统实际调查研究的部分成果,分别选取了各1栋办公建筑作对比分析。数据表明,三者虽然都采用电制冷加变风量全空气系统,但空调系统和总建筑能耗密度差异巨大,除气候差异和运行时间不同外,设计中的几个关键因素也对运行能耗造成了很大影响。

Abstract:

Presents some researches on public building HVAC energy consumption investigation in the three geographical regions in recent years. Chooses one of this kind of building in each region to perform a comparison between them. The data obtained show that although these three buildings all applies electric-chillers and VAV all-air system, there are huge differences in their air conditioning and whole building energy consumption intensity. Besides climate and system operating time are different, some key factors in design have important effect on operating energy consumption.
