Discussion on layout design of positive and negative pressure conversion operating rooms
摘要：
将正压手术室、负压手术室融为一体的正负压转换手术室，可根据实际工作需求进行室内压力状态的切换，将手术室变换为正压状态或负压状态。结合有关标准规范的要求，分析了我国正负压转换手术室的工程建设现状，探讨了正负压转换手术室的工艺平面布局、病患流动路线和压力梯度。

Abstract：
The positive and negative pressure conversion operating room is a combination of a positive pressure operating room and a negative pressure operating room, which can change the indoor pressure into positive or negative condition based on actual medical demands. Combined with the requirements of relevant standards and codes, analyses the current construction situation of the positive and negative pressure conversion operating room in China, and discusses the process layout, patients flow path and pressure gradient.
