分析了蒸发冷却空调技术的适用性、节能性和减碳性，认为蒸发冷却技术是一项基于低碳经济的节能、环保、可再生能源技术，在不提高建筑成本、不降低生活质量的前提下能有效实现二氧化碳减排。

Abstract：
Analyses the applicability, energy efficiency and carbon reduction potential of this technology, and considers that it is an environment-friendly, economic and renewable technology based on low-carbon economy, and can achieve the carbon dioxide emission reduction without increasing construction costs and lowering the quality of life.
