上海10幢大型公共建筑节能状况调研
Energy efficiency investigation of 10 large public buildings in Shanghai
摘要:
基于现场调研数据,对10幢大型公共建筑的单位面积能耗、围护结构、空调系统及冷热源等进行了分析和评价,通过同类型建筑间能耗的比较,找出能耗差异的主要原因并提出了节能措施。将10幢建筑的能耗与上海商业建筑数据库、美国商业建筑的相关能耗统计数据进行了对比分析,提出有效的节能措施。

Abstract:
Based on the field investigation data, analyses and evaluates the energy consumption per unit floor area, building envelope, air conditioning system and cold and heat sources of these buildings. Through comparing energy consumption among the similar buildings, finds the causes for the difference of the energy consumption and proposes several measures for improving energy efficiency. Compares the energy consumption of the 10 buildings with the data from Shanghai Commercial Building Database and commercial buildings in USA, and presents some effective energy saving measures.
