结合海口某办公区项目，进行了3个制冷方案的技术经济分析，通过初投资、运行费和全寿命周期费用的比较，研究了区域供冷冰蓄冷方案的经济技术合理性。

Abstract：
Performs a technical and economic analysis of three cooling schemes based on the demand characteristics of this project. By comparing the initial investment, operation cost and total life cycle cost, researches the rationality of district cooling with ice thermal storage scheme.
