该制冷供热站的冰蓄冷空调系统利用既有建筑改建。介绍了改建设计过程中对层高、土建加固、机房排水、噪声等问题的解决方案，建议机房的自动控制系统采用标准化设计。

Abstract：
The ice storage air-conditioning system of refrigeration and heating station of the project builds in the existed building. Presents the reforming scheme solving the problems of story height limitations, structural reinforcement，drainage and noise control etc. Suggests that standard designing of the automatic control system should be applied to the station.
