基于排风柜差异性系数及使用系数的实验室排风系统性能研究
Performance study of laboratory exhaust system based on diversity coefficient and usage coefficient of fume hoods
摘要:
介绍了排风柜差异性系数和使用系数的定义。以某有机化学研究所实验室为例,通过实地调查统计,得到实验室排风柜的差异性系数和使用系数。比较分析了定风量和变风量实验室排风系统的风机能耗,发现考虑差异性系数和使用系数的排风柜变风量系统与定风量系统相比,节能率相当可观。建议改进实验人员的工作习惯及采用变风量排风系统。
Abstract:
Presents the definitions of the two coefficients. Taking the laboratories of an organic chemistry institute as example, by means of field investigation and statistics, obtains the diversity coefficients and usage coefficients of the fume hoods. Compares the fan energy consumption of the constant air volume (CAV) exhaust system with that of the variable air volume (VAV) exhaust system, and finds that the energy saving rate of the VAV system considering diversity and usage coefficients is notably greater compared with that of the CAV system. Suggests improving the work habit of the hood users and adopting the VAV system.
