光度计与计数器测试方法在高效过滤器检漏测试中的对比研究

摘要：
高效空气过滤器扫描检漏方法分为光度计法和粒子计数器法。由于测试原理不同，专业人员一直认为两种测试方法对于泄漏的判断存在差异。通过试验得到了两种测试方法对高效过滤器局部过滤效率的检测结果：对于相同漏点，用两种方法测试得到的局部过滤效率基本一致。分析了测试结果偏差产生的原因。

Abstract：
HEPA filter leak test methods can be divided into photometer method and optical particle counter method. Due to different measurement principles, professionals think there exist different leak test results about this two methods. Obtains the test results for local filtration efficiency of HEPA filter with this two methods by test. For the same leak point, the local penetration test results are almost the same, no matter whether a photometer or a optical particle counter is used. Analyses the reasons for deviation.
