介绍了超高层建筑——北京望京绿地中心的工程概况、冷热源设计、空调水系统竖向分区设计、空调风系统设计和部分区域的防排烟设计。塔楼办公区域采用四管制风机盘管系统，上部公寓采用水冷多联机空调系统。

Abstract：
Presents the general situation, cold and heat source, air conditioning water system vertical zoning, and smoke control and extraction system design of the super high-rise building. Adopts four pipe fan-coil unit system for offices at lower part of the tower and water cooled multi-connected split air conditioning system for apartments at upper part of the tower.
