城区需求侧能源规划

摘要:

在我国城镇化进程中,能源利用形态发生了很大变化,从而催生了需求侧城区能源规划。需求侧能源规划有3种类型,即以绿色经济为主导的综合能源规划,以绿色建筑为主导的建筑能源规划和以绿色能源为主导的能源系统规划。概括介绍了能源系统规划的关键技术,即规划的6个步骤:目标设定,资源分析,负荷预测,影响因素分析,能源系统配置,经济、能效、环境、碳足迹分析;重点介绍了负荷预测流程和能源微网、能源总线系统的配置。

Abstract:

During the urbanization process in China, the energy use patterns have changed dramatically, which gives birth to demand-side urban energy planning. There are three types of demand-side energy planning, namely, integrated energy planning dominated by green economy, building energy planning dominated by green building and energy system planning dominated by green energy. Provides an overview of the key technologies in the energy system planning, called six steps of the planning, namely, target setting, resource analysis, load prediction, impact factor analysis, energy system configuration and economic, efficiency, environment and carbon (3E+C) analysis. Emphasizes the flow of load prediction, and the configuration of micro energy network and energy bus system.
