大电流长垂直离相封闭母线热平衡模拟及实测分析
Simulation and measurement analysis on thermal balance of large current long size vertical isolated phase buses
摘要:
以水布垭水电站、彭水水电站和三峡地下水电站为研究对象,对3个水电站的离相封闭母线(IPB)在自然通风条件下的热平衡进行了数值模拟计算,并与实测结果进行了对比分析。提出了混合通风的散热模式,计算分析了自然通风和机械通风的耦合作用,对影响IPB热平衡的因素进行了分析,为今后类似工程中保证IPB安全可靠运行的温度分布和选择合适的散热方式提供参考。
Abstract:
Taking the Shuibuya hydropower station, Pengshui hydropower station and Three Gorges underground hydropower station as examples, calculates the thermal balance of their isolated phase buses (IPBs) under natural ventilation conditions. Compares the calculating results with the measured results. Puts forward the cooling mode of mixed ventilation, and calculates the coupling effect of natural ventilation and mechanical ventilation. Analyses the factors influencing the heat balance of the IPB. Provides references for ensuring the safe and reliable temperature distribution of the IPB and selecting the favorable cooling mode for similar projects.
