摘要:

介绍了该实验室的设计参数和空调、通风、自控系统的设计。详细介绍了实验室排风柜排风系统及实验室用变风量空调机组的设计要求。根据排风柜的使用数量及排风柜调节门的开度,通过自控系统对风机进行变频控制,以满足使用要求。根据排风柜排风量的大小,通过自控系统对变风量空调机组进行变频控制,以达到房间需要的补风量。

Abstract:

Presents the design parameters of the laboratory and the design of air conditioning, ventilation and control systems. Details the design requirements of fume hood exhaust air systems and variable air volume air conditioning units used in laboratories. In the laboratory, the fans are controlled in frequency conversion by the automatic system to satisfy the operating requirements based on the quantity of operating fume hoods and the opening of regulating door, and the variable air volume air conditioning units are controlled in frequency conversion by the automatic system to meet the demands of compensating air volume based on the exhaust air volume of fume hoods.
