金属表面蒸发冷却的一种强化措施——周期性补给蒸发水源

摘要:
金属表面液膜厚度是影响蒸发冷却效率的重要因素,在其他参数相对稳定时,客观上存在一个最优液膜厚度。周期性补给措施是通过适时适量地补给蒸发所需要的水源,使液膜厚度在蒸发过程中维持在较高蒸发冷却效率对应的液膜厚度范围内。

Abstract:
The thickness of the liquid film on metal surface is an important factor affecting evaporative cooling efficiency. There exists an optimum liquid film thickness for high efficiency of evaporative cooling upon the assumption that the other factors are kept constant. The technical measure — supplying the evaporation water source timely and periodically — could keep the liquid film thickness within high efficient range, so as to improve the heat exchanging efficiency of the evaporation process.
