转轮式全热换热器干燥剂涂覆工艺试验与分析
Experiment and analysis of desiccant coating processes for enthalpy wheel heat exchangers
摘要:
测试和分析了可用于转轮全热换热器的硅胶、分子筛和吸水树脂干燥剂涂层材料的吸湿及放湿特性。采用优化的干燥剂涂覆工艺加工制作了硅胶转轮换热器并进行了性能测试。结果表明,相同条件下,采用优化的干燥剂涂覆工艺制作的硅胶转轮全热换热器全热回收效率比传统3A型分子筛转轮换热器提高了15%。

Abstract:
Tests and analyses the moisture absorption and desorption properties of the applicable desiccant for enthalpy wheel heat exchanger such as silica gel, molecular sieve and absorbent polymer. Makes a silica gel enthalpy wheel heat exchanger by adopting optimized desiccant coating processes and tests its properties, and the results show that its total heat recovery efficiency is 15% higher than that of 3A molecular sieve wheel heat exchanger.
