集中空调计费系统设计思维的反思和探索

认为现行集中空调系统能量计量方法仅着眼于系统末端局部，而非系统全局；仅统计系统输出的用户耗冷量，而不计量系统输入的能量消耗。以某能源计量改造工程为例，探索提高系统能源利用率的计量方案。

Abstract：
Considers that the current system is based on a restricted view to terminal parts of the central air conditioning system but not the whole system, and only meters the user’s energy consumption but omits the input energy to the system. Taking a metering and charging system reforming project as example, discusses metering and charging scheme to increase energy utilization rate.
