热管式机房空调性能实验研究
Performance experiment of heat pipe type air conditioning units for computer and data processing rooms
摘要:
介绍了热管式机房空调机组的工作原理和技术特征,并做了性能实验,得出结论:在室内外温差达到5 ℃以上时,机组即可投入运行,承担部分或者全部机房制冷负荷,能效比高;当室内外温差为5~24 ℃时,机组能效比达3.63~10.64,换热温度效率达65.6%~44.0%。冬季可以代替蒸气压缩式机房空调制冷,节能效果显著。
Abstract:
Presents the operating principle and technical features, and performs the experimental research on the heat pipe type air conditioning. The results show that the unit can be run to carry total or partial cooling loads of the machine room with high energy efficiency ratio when indoor and outdoor temperature difference is above 5 ℃, and the energy efficiency ratio of the units can be as high as 3.63 to 10.64 and the temperature efficiency 65.6% to 44.0% when the temperature difference is 5 to 24 ℃. The units can save energy remarkably by substituting the vapor compression-type refrigeration machines in winter.
