Abstract：
Clean air system is a part of the modern operating department building equipment system. Air clean technology serves for hospital air hygiene. Clean and hygiene, clean and sterility are different concepts. Abuse of clean operating department terms would mislead and unfavourably affect the proper design and application of the modern operating department.
