Current situation and future targets of heat metering and energy efficiency retrofit for existing residential buildings in China’s northern heating region
摘要：
对“十一五”期间我国在北方采暖地区开展的既有居住建筑供热计量及节能改造工作进行了总结，分析了改造工作中存在的问题，阐述了改造工作中获得的经验，并提出了未来的改造工作思路，为“十二五”期间改造工作的继续推进提供参考。

Abstract：
Summarizes the current situation of the heat metering and energy efficiency retrofit project during the 11th five-year plan. Analyses the problems encountered and experiences obtained in the past four years and puts forward a future retrofit scheme that will be helpful in the energy efficiency retrofit project of the 12th five-year plan.
