选择百叶窗肋片及小通道内流体传热流动的经验关联式,采用效能-传热单元数法建立了平行流冷凝器的稳态仿真模型。对不同流程数和扁管数方案的冷凝热和制冷剂压降进行了模拟分析,得出了扁管总数为39时的优化方案。

Abstract:
Establishes a steady simulation model of the condenser by empirical correlation of flow and heat transfer performance of louver fin and fluid in mini-channel tube and ε-NTU method. Performs the simulation and analysis of condensing heat and refrigerant pressure drop for the schemes with different number of passes and tubes and obtains the optimal scheme for the total tube number of 39.
