钢铁企业中低温烟气余热用于制冷的研究

摘要:
总结和分析了我国钢铁企业中、低温烟气余热回收利用情况。采用火用分析方法确定了不同温度烟气余热的合理利用方式,对利用烟气直接驱动的制冷机组提出了改进方法,以提高其热力系数和能源利用火用效率。介绍了热风炉烟气余热梯级利用方案,将烟气先用于制冷,再用于预热助燃空气和煤气。

Abstract:
Summarizes and analyses the waste heat recovery and utilization of medium/low temperature flue gas in China. Puts forward the reasonable ways for utilizing the waste heat of different temperature flue gas by exergy analysis method. Gives a method to improve both the refrigeration coefficient and the exergy efficiency of refrigerating units driven by the flue gas. Presents a step utilization scheme of the waste heat of flue gas from hot-blast stove, in which the flue gas is firstly used to refrigerate, then to preheat combustion air and gas.
