北方电厂空冷岛变频柜间通风降温设计的探讨

Ventilation and cooling design of VFD cabinet rooms for air cooled condensers of power plants in northern parts of China

摘要:

分析了空冷岛变频柜内部的热平衡和气流组织,讨论了变频柜间的几种通风降温方案——新风机组方案、全新风空调机组方案和蒸发降温机组方案等,并编制Excel试算表格结合实例进行了计算,比较了几种通风降温方案的优缺点,分析了一些变频柜间温度较高的原因。

Abstract:

Analyses the heat balance and air distribution of the internal environment of VFD cabinet rooms. Discusses several ventilation and cooling methods—fresh air handling unit method, all fresh air conditioning unit method, evaporating cooling unit method, etc. Develops a trial table using Excel software to calculate relative parameters. Compares the advantages and disadvantages of the ventilation and cooling methods. Analyses the causes of high temperature in some VFD cabinet rooms.
