提出了暖通空调工程设计中需要计算机软件解决的问题，并给出解决这些问题的初步思路。认为未来暖通空调CAD软件应该是与建筑设计集成于同一个平台下，面向建筑信息模型的、网络多人在线使用的、可实现虚拟现实技术的软件。

Abstract：
Summarizes some problems in HVAC design that need computer software to solve and presents a primary solution. Considers that the future HVAC CAD software should be integrated with the building design on the same base, facing to building information model, multiplayer online network technology and can realize virtual reality technology.
