根据对上海200多栋公共建筑的调研结果，分析了公共建筑中集中空调系统清洗的现状，理论分析了空调换热器清洗对风量、传热系数和制冷机能效比的影响，结合两个典型商场实例进行了空调换热器清洗的经济性分析。

Abstract：
Based on the survey in more than 200 public buildings in Shanghai， analyses the cleaning status of central air conditioning systems. Theoretically explores the influence of heat exchanger cleaning on the air volume， coefficient of heat transfer and energy efficiency ratio of refrigerating machine. Conducts an economic analysis of heat exchanger cleaning based on two typical emporium cases.
