医用无凝水机组的性能优化
Performance optimization of medical unit without condensed water
摘要:
通过改变无凝水机组流程和进风、进水参数,分析盘管冷热量变化及结露情况。研究发现,机组供冷量随着进风温度的升高而增加,随进水温度的升高而减少,进回水温差越小,机组供冷量越大,机组是否结露与进风相对湿度有很大关系。无凝水机组能够在较高供水温度情况下实现较大供冷量,达到设计要求。
Abstract:
Studies the cooling and heating rate variation and condensation by changing flow pattern and parameters of air and water entering the unit. The experiment results show that cooling capacity of an unit increases as entering air temperature increases, while decreases as entering water temperature increases, and increases as temperature difference of supply and return water decreases. Whether the unit condensation occurs or not is concern with relative humidity of entering air. The unit can provide more cooling quantity than common units under relatively high water supply temperature, satisfying design demands.
