详细介绍了管内结冰蓄冰装置的原理、结构、蓄冰融冰特性，并通过对试验数据的分析，证明了其在技术上的可靠性；对初投资及运行费用的对比分析，显示了该管内蓄冰装置系统与常规空调系统和现有常用蓄冰系统相比均具有较好的经济性。

Abstract：
Presents in detail the principle, structure and characteristics of ice charge and discharge of these devices. The experiment data shows technical reliability and an analysis of the initial investment and operation expense shows its favorable economics compared to conventional air conditioning and common ice storage systems.
