阐述了建筑设备系统最优化运行技术的发展。介绍了采集建筑设备系统实际运行数据的主要仪器，给出了主要设备的数学模型和系统模型的组装与验证步骤，分析了以节能为目标函数的最优化运行结果，展望了建筑设备系统最优化运行技术的工程嵌入。

Abstract：
Describes the development of the technology. Presents the main operation data collecting apparatus of building facility system, provides facility mathematical models and installation and verification steps of system model, analyses the optimal operation results that taking saving energy as object function, and forecasts the engineering application of embedding the technology.
