介绍了在换热站改造中采用的平衡阀补水定压方式。采用这种方式不使用补水泵，在某些换热站中可最大限度地回收利用凝结水，减少运行费用和能耗。

Abstract：
Presents the balance valve make-up water pressurization method used in substation reformation. The balance valves take the place of make-up water pumps to keep the pressure of piping constant. In some substations, this method can maximize condensation water recovery, so that to reduce operating cost and energy consumed.
