Installation quality control of central heating metering systems for newly built residences
摘要：
结合新建住宅供暖的常用设计形式，以具体工程的热计量供暖系统安装为例，分别从施工图纸会审、材料进厂检验与储存、供暖主要设备的安装、埋地管道地面沟槽的准备与清理、管道埋地敷设方法与技术要求、镀锌管道和塑料管道连接方法与质量控制、埋地塑料管道的隐蔽方法与要求、埋地塑料管道试压与清洗、系统试压与清洗、热工调试方法与要求等方面介绍了系统的安装质量控制，重点介绍了埋设施工过程中管道的安装质量控制、管道的弯曲质量控制及竣工调试，分析了安装过程中存在的主要问题并提出了处理方案。
Abstract：
With the commonly used design mode of newly built residences, taking the installation of some concrete heat metering heating systems as examples, presents the relevant aspects of the installation quality control, including the construction drawings reviewing, the incoming inspection and storage of materials to be used, the installation of main heating equipment, the preparation and clearing of the ground trench, the laying method and technical specification of directly buried piping, the connecting method and quality control of galvanized piping and plastic piping, the concealing method and requirement of buried plastic piping, the pressure testing and cleaning of buried plastic piping and heating system, and the thermal regulating method and requirement of the heating system. Emphasizes the installation quality control and bending quality control of piping during construction and the commissioning after completion. Analyses the main issues existed in installation procedure and proposes some solutions.
