公共建筑能耗调查统计中几个问题的探讨
Discussion on methods of energy consumption survey and statistics in existing public buildings
摘要：
针对目前公共建筑的实际能耗调查和调查方法不规范、不统一的现状，着重探讨了能源消耗边界定义、不同类型能源折算方法、分项能耗拆分方法和归一化指标4个方面的已有研究成果和问题，并提出了改进方法。

Abstract：
Aiming at the nonnormal and confusing status of energy consumption survey and statistics methods used in public buildings, discusses the existed research results and problems of definition of energy consumption boundary, conversion method between different types of energy sources, electricity breakdown method and normalization indexes. Puts forward improved solutions.
