基于排风机电流和蒸发温度联合控制的除霜实验
Experiments on defrosting control based on exhaust fan current combined with evaporation temperature
摘要:
实验测定了一台空气源热泵空调机组除霜工况下的运行状况,记录了蒸发温度和不同电压下的排风机电流。结果表明,排风机电流随结霜厚度的增加而增大,增加速率在结霜后期趋缓,不同电压下电流变化曲线略有不同;蒸发温度随结霜厚度的增加而降低,下降速度越来越快;使用根据实验结果提出的基于排风机电流和蒸发温度联合控制的智能除霜方法可以基本避免误除霜动作。
Abstract:
Tests the operation status of an aircooled heat pump air conditioner under defrosting conditions, and records the evaporation temperature and exhaust fan current at different voltages. The results show that the exhaust fan current increases with frosting enhancement, while the increasing speed gets slower in the end of frosting, and the curves of current are slightly different at different voltages; that the evaporation temperature decreases with frosting enhancement, and the decreasing speed becomes increasingly faster; and that misoperation of defrosting can be avoided by using the intelligent defrosting control method based on exhaust fan current combined with evaporation temperature presented according to the experimental results.
