造船厂焊接车间建筑条件对自然通风效果的影响

摘要:

结合一大型造船厂焊接车间,以CFD数值模拟技术手段探讨了建筑条件对自然通风效果的影响,结果表明在不利自然通风条件下,焊接车间通风效果差;仅靠改变车间门大小或侧面开口位置或屋顶自然通风器布置方式,其改善效果不明显;当自然通风器占屋顶面积的比例达到45%~60%时,其通风效果能满足焊接车间的卫生要求;建筑朝向不同焊接车间通风效果差异明显,设计时应充分考虑建筑朝向以有效利用自然通风。

Abstract:

Based on an actual welding workshop of largescale shipyard, discusses the influence of architecture conditions on natural ventilation efficiency by CFD simulation. Concludes that it has lower ventilation efficiency under adverse climate conditions, that the change in opening size of doors, location of side windows and layout of roof ventilators can not improve ventilation efficiency markedly, that the ratio of the area taken by roof ventilators to that of the roof up to 45%~60% can reach satisfactory ventilation efficiency and indoor hygiene conditions, and that the building orientation is an important influencing factor on natural ventilation efficiency and should be considered sufficiently in design.
