某封闭焊接车间的置换通风模拟研究
Simulation of displacement ventilation in a large-space closed welding workshop
摘要:
利用流体计算软件模拟研究了某高大封闭焊接车间的置换通风方案,研究了风量对通风效果的影响,确定了能够满足国家标准要求的较合理的通风换气次数,得到了车间内焊接烟尘的浓度场分布,对比研究了相同计算参数时混合通风方式的通风效果。

Abstract:
Simulates the displacement ventilation method in the workshop using a fluid calculation software. Studies the influence of air volume on ventilation effects. Determines the more reasonable air changes that can meet the requirements of the national standards. Obtains the concentration distribution of the welding fume in the workshop. Compares and studies the ventilation effect of the mixing ventilation with the same calculating parameters.
