热阻法管内反冲洗除污特性试验研究
Experiment of defouling characteristics of backwash in pipes by thermal resistance method
摘要:
提出了游离弹簧反冲洗管内除污方法,试验研究了有、无游离弹簧反冲洗管内除污特性。结果表明,无游离弹簧时,管内反冲洗除污效果与所选用的水质有很大关系,自来水反冲洗除污效果明显;游离弹簧反冲洗除污方法具有较强的污物剥蚀能力,比无弹簧反冲洗具有更好的除污效果;游离弹簧结构简单,易于在换热管内安装,对换热器水侧阻力影响小。
Abstract:
Puts forward a scheme to remove fouling in pipes by free-spring and backwash. Performs experiments of fouling removal efficiency (FRE) of backwash in pipes with and without free-spring. The results show that water quality has a strong influence on the FRE of backwash when no free-spring is added in the pipe, and the FRE of city water is high. Adding free-spring in pipes will further increase the FRE of backwash in pipes because of its better fouling removing ability. The free-spring is simpler in structure and easier to be put into heat exchange pipes, and leads to a small additional hydraulic lose of the heat exchanger.
