变风量系统末端装置性能与噪声的实验分析

摘要:
参照相关标准,对变风量系统末端装置的性能进行了实验分析,为实际工程应用中存在的末端调节问题和噪声问题的解决提供依据。变风量末端装置安装时在进口加装整流栅,可以有效保证末端风量在调节范围内的测量精确性,且整流栅阻力可忽略。末端装置阀门开度过小不利于末端的调节性能,还会增加末端的噪声。变风量末端装置后加装消声器能有效降低噪声,提高声环境的舒适性。
Abstract:
Analyses the performance of VAV terminal devices based on the experiment and relevant standards, providing the basis for solving the problem of controlling VAV terminal devices and noises in practical engineering applications. The installation of honeycomb screen in upstream of VAV terminal devices effectively guarantees the accuracy of terminal air flow rate measurement, and the resistance of honeycomb screen has little effects. Too small valve opening is not conducive to the regulating performance of VAV terminal devices and increases the terminal noise. The muffler downstream the VAV terminal device effectively reduces the noise and improve the acoustic environment.
