上海既有居住建筑围护结构节能改造分析
Analysis of envelope energy saving renovation of an existing residential building in Shanghai
摘要:
某小区居住建筑于2005年进行了外墙外保温改造。对其节能改造前后的能耗账单进行了比较分析,直接比较的结果表明,改造后的电耗增加。为了确定节能措施的真正节能效果,对其进行了认真详细的分析,采用供暖度日数和空调焓日数分别对供暖季和供冷季的能耗进行了调整,并根据过渡季节的能耗变化对使用情况进行了调整,并对调整后的能耗进行了比较分析,结果表明,对外墙加外保温的节能改造措施具有一定的节能效果,而且还可改善室内的热舒适性。
Abstract:
A residential building quarter in Shanghai is renovated by adopting exterior insulating material. Analyses and compares energy consumption before and after renovation, which shows an increase in electric power consumption after retrofit. To determine energy saving effect properly, heating degree-days and air conditioning enthalpy-days are adopted separately to adjust energy consumptions in heating and cooling seasons, and adjusts usage situation according to energy consumption change in transition seasons. After adjustments, energy consumptions are calculated and the result shows that the exterior insulation measure has energy saving effect and improves indoor thermal comfort.
