机场地面专用空调设备制冷试验工况的讨论

摘要:

分析了机场地面专用空调设备的使用特点及其与单元式空气调节机、直接蒸发式全新风空气处理机组等普通空调设备相比的区别。指出由于没有统一的制冷试验工况标准,机场地面专用空调设备的设计、考核评价等存在混乱现象。参考国内外民用、军用相关标准及气象统计资料,建议机场地面专用空调设备的制冷额定试验工况参数取干球温度35 ℃、湿球温度28 ℃,民用设备最大制冷负荷试验工况参数取干球温度46 ℃、湿球温度30 ℃,军用设备最大制冷负荷试验工况参数取干球温度50 ℃、湿球温度33 ℃。

Abstract:

Analyses the application characteristics of ground air conditioning equipment for airports and the differences compared with unitary air conditioning equipment and direct evaporation all outdoor air handling unit. Points out that the lack of unified standard about cooling test condition causes some confusion on design and evaluation for this type of equipment. Referring to the civil and military standards at home and abroad and the long term climatic data, suggests that the rating cooling performance test condition should take 35 ℃ as dry-bulb temperature and 28 ℃ as wet-bulb temperature. The maximum cooling load test condition for civil equipment should take 46 ℃ as dry-bulb temperature and 30 ℃ as wet-bulb temperature. The maximum cooling load test condition for military equipment should take 50 ℃ as dry-bulb temperature and 33 ℃ as wet-bulb temperature.
