高大洁净厂房净化换气次数与洁净度关系的测试研究

摘要:

为了合理确定高大洁净厂房的净化换气次数,对某高大洁净厂房的净化换气次数与洁净度的关系进行了实测研究。结果表明,高大洁净厂房的净化换气次数与室内空气平均悬浮粒子浓度并不是单调变化的关系。当净化换气次数小于9 h-1时,净化换气次数对室内空气悬浮粒子浓度的影响较大;当净化换气次数在9~15 h-1的范围内时,对室内空气悬浮粒子浓度的影响很小。动态工况的悬浮粒子浓度通常为空态工况悬浮粒子浓度的3倍。对于8级洁净度全室净化的高大洁净测试厂房,净化换气次数可以减小到8 h-1

Abstract:

In order to reasonably determine the air change rate of large-space clean factory buildings, makes a measurement research on the relationship between the air change rate and cleanliness for a project. The results show that the average concentration of indoor suspended particle does not monotonously change with the air change rate. When the air change rate is less than nine times per hour, the impact of the air change rate on indoor suspended particle concentration is significant. When the air change rate varies from nine to fifteen times per hour, the impact is very small. The suspended particle concentration in operational conditions is usually three times of that in as-built conditions. For the large-space clean factory building with eight class cleanliness, the air change rate can be reduced to eight times per hour.
