TiO2复合粉体对空调系统菌类的杀抑性实验研究
Experimental study on bacteria-killing ability of TiO2 composite powders in HVAC system

使用物理方法制备了掺杂硝酸铈和电气石的纳米锐钛矿型TiO2复合粉体,对其进行了X射线衍射(XRD)分析和扫描电子显微术(SEM)实验,采用该复合粉体对黑曲霉菌和金黄色葡萄球菌进行了杀灭性实验。结果发现,复合粉体比单纯的TiO2或电气石粉体具有更强的杀菌性能,随复合粉体用量的增加和复合粉体与菌液接触时间的延长,杀灭率能达到近100%。
Abstract:
Prepares the anatase nano- TiO2 composite powders mixed with cerous nitrate and tourmaline powders by a physical method. Characterizes the composite powders by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM), and conducts the experiment of killing Aspergillus niger and Staphylococcus aureus. The results show that the bacteria-killing capacity of the composite powders is much better than pure TiO2 and tourmaline powders; the bacteria-killing capacity enhances with the increase of the dosage and the contact time with the bacteria, and the killing rate can approach 100 percent.
