不锈钢金属软管在抗震建筑中的应用

该建筑楼体的地上部分与地下部分依靠设在隔振层的隔振垫相连。地震时,地上、地下两部分楼体会产生相对位移,为保证各种穿越隔振层的管道不被破坏,利用不锈钢金属软管连接这些管道。根据隔振层的土建条件,管径小于等于DN100的管道采用直接软连接方式,管径大于DN100的管道采用改向软连接方式,介绍了软连接管的选型计算。
Abstract:
The overground and underground parts of the building are joined by vibration isolator set in the vibration isolating floor. Utilizes the stainless steel flexible duct to join pipe sections through the vibration isolating floor to keep the piping system from being damaged when the two parts of the building have horizontal displacement in earthquakes. According to construction conditions of the vibration isolating floor, adopts the direct flexible connection method for the pipes of diameter less than or equal to DN100 and the diverted flexible connection method for the rest. Presents the calculation method for choosing the flexible tubes.
