Abstract：

Presents the design of the ventilation system, water system, smoke control and extraction systems, and automatic control system and the energy saving measures applied in the project. The fan-coil unit plus fresh air system is adopted in the offices, small conference rooms and guest rooms. Nozzle outlet air supply is applied to the hall, where the outdoor air is introduced from the top to alleviate the problem of uneven  vertical temperature distribution in winter, and an auxiliary floor panel heating system is set. The multifunction assembly hall, dining-room, banqueting hall and studio hall are provided with double-fan all-air systems and are cooled by outdoor air in transition seasons. In the multifunction assembly hall under-seat air supply mode is adopted. The water system is two-pipe and variable flow primary pump system.
